From battle-scarred soldiers, to working parents forced to be separated from their children, guilt can cause varying degrees of ‘moral injury’ that can lead to mental health issues.

That's the message faith-based charity Volunteers of America wanted to convey in this campaign The War Inside, which was created by Dallas agency The Richards Group and depicts psychological conflict via a street 'fight' between a man and his alter ego.

Directed by Isaac Ravishankara through Division7, the film's engaging dance was devised by Israeli choreographer Danielle Agami using a combative, athletic dance style from Isreal known as Gaga. It was launched to mark last week’s World Suicide Prevention Day.
