ConCreates, a creative agency powered by incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals announces partnership with global creative company, 72andSunny New York, to craft an entirely new and diverse talent pipeline into the marketing industry.

In an industry that longs for creative breakthroughs but continues to source its talent from familiar places, ConCreates offers something different - radical ideas from radical thinkers. Founded on the belief that criminality is creativity without opportunity, ConCreates is on a mission to give brands the out of the box thinking they want and people the second chance they need. ConCreates is changing the stigma and the narrative associated with how society views people with criminal histories and also how they view themselves.

“The partnership between ConCreates and 72andSunny is an embodiment of the African proverb, if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together,” said Vincent Bragg, Founder and CEO, ConCreates. “At ConCreates we believe in collaboration over competition,  our alliance is creating a way for us all to go further together. We are grateful that 72andSunny decided to take a chance in joining us in showcasing the #BrillianceBehindAndBeyondBars.”

Acting on its mission to expand and diversify the creative class, 72andSunny New York has worked closely with ConCreates founders, Vincent Bragg and Janeya Griffin, serving as an advisor, creative partner and aiding in the crafting of the company’s positioning, proposition and visual identity. 72andSunny New York will also continue to consult with ConCreates on key projects.

“72andSunny and ConCreates are on the same mission and we couldn’t be more proud to partner with them. We’re eager to see the radical ideas they drop on our industry and the positive change they make as a result” said Tim Jones, Executive Strategy Director, 72andSunny New York.”

In addition to partnering with 72andSunny, ConCreates works directly with clients and other partner agencies including creative, PR, research and production companies.
