While horror baddies and getaway drivers wait for the audience to come back, Greek adland continues to put out stellar film.

The setup is typical; a couple at a lover’s lane overlook start to get close, but something draws the woman’s attention away. She stares out the door, and slowly her partner turns - a terrifying young girl is floating towards them, pale and out for blood! The couple screams, and screams, and...nothing happens. The young man pauses and leans over, asking what she’s waiting for. She looks at the camera. The audience.

The series of ads are playful and fun, a reminder that local businesses are ready, but don’t rush to get there. The slick production of these ads emulates the kind of movie scenes we know like the back of our hand, with a fun and clever twist. Both Heist and Horror are directed by Argyris Papadimitropoulos of Argonauts Productions.
