The young British-Iranian director, newly signed by Forever, has crafted an engaging promo for the emotional track taken from Grennan’s upcoming third album, What Ifs & Maybes.
Depicting a range of characters experiencing the fun and intimacy that a photobooth session can foster, the film expresses the song’s plea for comfort in a troubled world. The singer revealed in a statement: “With what’s going on in the world, with so many people struggling, affected financially and by loads of different things, it’s one of those songs that helps you believe there is somebody in your life who is going to be there for you in the struggle.”
Fardaraghi commented: “I've always wanted to create an intimate connection between complete strangers through shared memories, moments and experiences – a photobooth for me is the perfect place for that. This photobooth is a room that experiences the good, the vulnerable, and sometimes the bad. This video is a reminder of a connection between us all. Strangers or not."
