Global advertising agency AMV BBDO has appointed Vicki Holgate as its new Strategy Partner. Holgate will be working on Essity and RSPCA.

Holgate is a trusted strategic leader with both agency and client-side experience. Her most recent roles include Executive Strategy Director (Government Comms) at MullenLowe, Effective Creative Excellence Director for DIAGEO and Chief Strategy Officer for FCB Inferno/London.

A champion of commercial effectiveness, she has garnered dozens of industry awards including 13 Cannes Lions, five IPA Effectiveness awards and is the only strategist in the world to have won two Grand Prix at the APG Creative Strategy Awards.

Holgate’s sector experience spans finance and tech, FMCG, sport, government, food, alcohol, health and beauty. Her commercial track record combined with her experience of behaviour change campaigns like This Girl Can, UEFA #WePlayStrong and the Government’s Every Vaccination Gives us Hope will be particularly relevant to her new role.
