Rap legend Jay-Z and his singing sensation wife Beyoncé have released a star-studded mock-movie trailer to promote their upcoming On the Run tour.
The celebrity couple star in the action-packed film, inspired by the story of Bonnie and Clyde, which sees them locked in heated talks, firing guns and pledging their love for each other in a string of thrilling scenes spliced together over their latest soundtrack.
Actors who feature in the trailer include Sean Penn, Jake Gyllenhaal, Don Cheadle and Rashida Jones and if you didn’t know any better, you’d be itching to see the full length feature. Unfortunately though, it doesn’t exist and you’ll just have to settle for the three-and-a-half-minute cut down and concert instead.
Back in 2002 Jay Z and Beyoncé released a track called 03 Bonnie and Clyde and the music video (below) saw the pair appear as an outlaw couple in love, similar to the new trailer.
