Jumping from meeting to meeting may leave some running for the hills. But Blinkink's new business and marketing representative, Leonie Ellis, manages to pull it off with ease and grace. The secret to her success? Attention to detail, love of water and of course, commitment to the role on- and off-duty.

.15: Tea. Today it’s in this exemplary piece of commemorative bone china created by Guandong Enterprises, whose genius is in their mistakes…...

.07: Forest Gate station. I select Carriage 8.

.00: Arrive at Blink. Go through the week’s plans and prepare Blinkink’s status document ready for the 10 am Monday morning meeting with Blink’s head of departments. Sit opposite James Stevenson Bretton and wonder; are there enough opportunities to hydrate on this table?

.08: Head to Finish to see director Joseph Mann and Paul Harrison put the finishing touches to latest Churchill campaign for WCRS. Producer and expert pointer Josh Smith joins the photo.

.30: Head to BBH. Have a meeting with creative duo Doug Friland and Mikael Alcock about Blinkink and what they are up to. Then, an actual miracle happens and Parabella’s Belgian Lottery characters emerge from the computer.

.30: Next up a meeting with assistant TV producer Alice Straker. Conveniently everyone at BBH seems to have cleared out of the background to give this photo the art direction it truly deserves.

Before leaving, I check my emails about  job enquires, PR and award entries while in BBH’s reception.

.34: Head back to the office via Lazy Oaf on Carnaby Street to see how Becky & Joe’s Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared collection is doing after the launch party. Better than Yellow Guy is letting on.

.50: Lunch. The amazing Mackerel baguette from Keu in Soho. I devour it whilst walking back to Blink, scattering occasional crumbs which sustain some of London’s pigeon population.

.17: Sam Hart passes on some t-shirts from Blink Art’s new T-shirt range that I will use for some PR. This one is designed by the mighty Layzell Bros

.25: Discuss Blinkink’s 2016 award entries with James Studholme at my desk. Then we watch some cats.

.20: Jump on the tube at Oxford Circus to Clapham Road Studios. I use the time to edit some director biographies with a red pen which sent, I think, a sense of real editorial clout to any tube onlookers.

.00: On set with director Greg Barth. Greg's pushing the technical limits of 360 film for a highly original audiovisual treat. Watch this space for some surreal gif loops and amazing illusions for Hello play (out earlier this week).

.30: It’s a wrap on the Hello Play set.

Head back to Forest Gate to cook dinner for agency producer, friend and new neighbour in Forest Gate, Cara Geraghty
