23.00: Watch last but one episode of Big Little Liesand go to bed. At 04.00, Mimi (aged 5) arrives in bed beside her Mam. I roll over to make room. At 05.00, Ellie (her twin, also 5) arrives in bed. I roll out.

08.00: School run. 'Girls. Did you brush your teeth yet?! Come on!

09.15: Management meeting. Everyone seems to be in bad form. Particularly Miriam.

09.45: Coffee arrives. Form improves. Even Miriam.

11.00: Creative review. Irish Defence Forces.  Best work we've done this year so far.

12.00: Facetime recruit. (Recruiting now takes up about 20% of my time).

 13.00: Lunch at desk with world's worst sandwich.

 18.00: Review Heineken creative. Early stages. Will review again in 48 hours.

19.00: Head home.

20.00: 'Girls. Did you brush your teeth yet?! Come on!' 

23.00: Watch finale of Big Little Lies. It's pretty good by the way!
