Nike’s newest spots, directed by Chelsea Pictures’ Fiona Jane Burgess through Alibi, focus on tales of people who have been empowered by joining dance groups.

The campaign features two different films; Dance as a Force for Good and A Community of Movementin which dancers reveal their separate experiences of how dance has given them a sense of belonging and community, while strengthening their self-esteem. In one touching story, a man reveals how joining a dance troupe even got him off the streets.

Burgess had the following to say about the campaign: "Both films examine the concept of movement, community and determination...It was difficult to edit the film together because we had so much great material to use and so many personal affirmations from the dancers about their love of street dance and how they are using it to offer young people, especially women, a safe and fun space to express themselves, whilst being active.
