Ben Link, Co-founder and MD of the company says “Honor is exactly the kind of talent we love to discover: talented, bright, ambitious with great energy. Heather and I founded Missing Link Films’ seven years ago to discover female directors and Honor is one of the most exciting new talents that we’ve come across. She is off to a great start, having directed some brilliant work and already winning those highly coveted industry awards.”

Northridge says: “Heather and Ben’s dedication to supporting not only new directors but also women in the film industry is a value that really aligned with my own and made me feel like this company was where I belonged. In an industry with so many talented directors, I feel incredibly fortunate to have been discovered by them. Being part of their team and working with such a talented, knowledgeable and passionate duo as The Links feels like a dream come true. I can't wait to work together!”.
