LOVO delivers a dreamscape

Bootleg Films has got itself involved in a world of dreams, where it’s never cold at night, and you don’t have to wear shoes, and chocolate is always creamy. It melts in your mouth with such satisfaction. It’s rich and it’s wonderful, and it’s called Lovo, a creamily delicious chocolate. 

Lovo is made only from plant milks, each made with a Swiss recipe. Bootleg Films were approached by creative powerhouses Martin Galton and Will Awdry at Working Beehive to realise a highly imaginative idea turning it to a living and breathing visual wanderlust. 

Using a combination of live action and animation, the film is highly branded using only icons and imagery from the product pack design. 

Delving into the pack artwork the director Nick Esdaile and SFX guru Joe Fellows found squirrels, birds and a wayward Yeti. With composed music by Peter Diggens of The Aurophonic Workshop and a rich sound design by Arge Hargest at Absolute Post adds to the film's rich tapestry.
