Audiovisual production company Olga Lee based in Uruguay, led by founder and director Oliver Garland, announces the appointment of Rodrigo Lema as International Executive Producer.
The move supports the company’s sustained growth and brings on board a profile with extensive experience in production, strategy, and innovation.
Lema's arrival comes at a key moment for Olga Lee: named Best Production Company in Uruguay at El Ojo de Iberoamérica 2025, ranked Top 10 in the region in 2024, and with Garland recognised for the fourth time as Best Director in Uruguay in 2025. Lema joins to further strengthen the expansion path the company is already pursuing, contributing strategic insight, strong craft, and deep knowledge of global markets.

With more than twenty years leading audiovisual projects at top-tier production companies and agencies, Lema has built a career that combines creative storytelling, innovation, and an analytical, problem-solving approach within a dynamic and competitive environment. His experience includes production companies such as Peluca Films, Rebolución, and Landia, as well as strategic roles at agencies including BBDO Argentina and The Juju, where he served as Production Director and Innovation Director for more than eight years.
His career began in an unconventional yet formative way: at a video rental store, where he provided visual references to more than 30 production companies, connecting early on with the industry’s creative pulse. From there, his professional path took him from production runner to executive producer, before moving into the agency world. In 2019, he relocated to Amsterdam, where he founded his own innovative projects agency, and later spent five years leading Ladoble’s European expansion from Madrid.
