Building on the success of the last three years' partnership, for 2024, Somesuch will fully fund five year-long memberships to The Kusp Club (which provides access to events and perks), receiving mentoring and career guidance from Somesuch's leading industry experts, as well as facilitating internship opportunities at the Somesuch London Office, co-working space, interactive masterclasses, secret sessions, job opportunities year-round, a showcase for directors from The Kusp community and for the first year, connecting with the Somesuch LA office.

Across the next 12 months, the partnership will continue to elevate The Kusp's mission of building a diverse community of talent from under-represented backgrounds, and bridging access to work opportunities via mentorship, masterclasses and networking.

The Kusp founder, Amos says: "At The Kusp we are all about improving access for under-represented talent. Somesuch supports that same mission, working collaboratively with us to continue to remove barriers to entry for talent that wish to truly excel in the creative industry. They've proven over the last 3-years that they are committed to making the creative industries a more inclusive and accessible space, and we're pleased to be working with them for another year to do more impactful work."

UK general manager at Somesuch, Kayleigh Leeson, a longstanding supporter of The Kusp comments on the 2024 partnership: “We have huge respect for the work Amos does to improve access to the creative industries so we’re honoured to be continuing our partnership with The Kusp for a fourth year."

"Through our work with The Kusp, we’ve met incredible directing talent and have hired brilliant people to work both in our office and on our sets. So for us, it’s a no-brainer to continue working with Amos and The Kusp. This year, via mentoring, internships and a special event showcasing work made by directors from The Kusp community, we want to really focus on facilitating sustained connections to the industry. We’re excited to see where year four will take us.”
