When Jakub Jirásek set about making Don't Be A Pussy for his filmmaking course, his fearless approach and innate knowledge of cinematic language transformed what could be a tricky topic to handle into a wickedly entertaining study of innocence, technology and the explosive imagination of youth.

We caught up with Jirásek in lockdown to discuss how the prep, the production and the end product led to a well-deserved YDA Gold in 2020.
