Ogilvy Group UK has appointed Tammy Einav as Chief Client Officer, marking a reunion with James Murphy and David Golding, the team behind adam&eveDDB’s rise to becoming the UK’s largest agency and Campaign’s Agency of the Decade.

Einav, one of the industry’s most respected leaders and account handlers, brings a wealth of agency expertise and deep client understanding. She previously worked alongside Murphy and Golding on pitches and campaigns for John Lewis, Foster’s, Virgin Atlantic, Aviva, and The National Lottery.

In her new role, Einav will oversee client relationships and lead the team of managing partners across all five areas of Ogilvy UK’s business, Advertising, Brand & Content, PR & Influence, Consulting, Health, and Ogilvy One.

With a legacy that includes seven Campaign Agency of the Year wins at adam&eveDDB, Einav has established long-term relationships with leading UK and global brands. She will now partner with Murphy in leading Ogilvy UK, building on the agency’s recent momentum, which includes wins for Pets at Home, Breast Cancer Now, TUI (PR), and PG Tips.

James Murphy, CEO, Ogilvy Group UK, says: “This is an exciting moment for us personally. We all love working together, and Tammy brings incredible talent, an unmatched track record of great creative work, and an unflinching commitment to the highest standards. The huge success of our original partnership and Tammy’s dedication to clients will be crucial to our growth, progress, and impact. Ogilvy UK is on an exciting trajectory, and Tammy reuniting with us sends a powerful message. I could not be more thrilled.”

Tammy Einav, Chief Client Officer, Ogilvy Group UK, adds: “To be reuniting with James and David, with whom I have worked for over a decade, is joyous. To be doing so at the global icon that is Ogilvy, at a moment when there is so much we can offer clients, is a true privilege. I cannot wait to get started.”
