Directed by Sophie Muller and Theo Adams, through PRETTYBIRD, this banging promo for Sophie Ellis Bextor’s Freedom of the Night is a follow-up to one of the most dazzling music videos of the noughties, Murder on the Dancefloor (below), which was also helmed by Muller in 2001.
Filmed at London’s gorgeous Rivoli Ballroom, this latest outing for the Strictly Sophie persona has a nostalgic sheen with a refreshing twist as Ellis-Bextor's focus of competitiveness this time is her mini-me daughter.
Colin Stinton reprises his role from Murder on the Dancefloor as one of the dance contest judges and our star creates a spot of candy carnage in her bid to win the glittering trophy.
