Animation and production studio Strange Beast has named Anna Ginsburg as its new creative director. 

Since joining the company’s roster, Ginsburg has been a key creative force, making this appointment a natural progression as the studio continues to evolve its work with brands, agencies, streamers, and broadcasters.

Ginsburg is known for her striking, thought-provoking work that addresses intimate and sensitive themes with honesty and vibrancy. Her portfolio includes award-winning films such as Private Parts for Channel 4, Typically for Bloody Good Period, and purpose-driven projects like UGLY and What is Beauty. She is currently in production on HAG, a short film developed at Strange Beast with support from the BFI Short Animation Fund.

A creative problem solver, Ginsburg combines a big-picture perspective with attention to detail, making her well-suited to leading the studio’s creative direction while mentoring emerging talent.

As creative director, Ginsburg will mentor talent and work alongside executive producers Muslim and Kitty Turley to guide the studio’s artistic development, reinforcing its reputation for creativity and innovation.
