Global communications network VCCP has expanded its creative team with the appointment of three highly awarded creative duos: Charli Camber and Laura Saraiva, Lance Boreham and Tom Dyson, and Jack Snell and Joe Lovett.
The hires follow a series of major client wins, including Direct Line Group, Hovis, and Co-op, reinforcing VCCP’s position as a leading agency for challenger brands.
Camber and Saraiva join as associate creative directors, known for their culturally resonant and emotionally impactful work. Their NHS child organ donation campaign, Waiting to Live, placed 233 bespoke dolls in medical waiting rooms across the UK, winning over 50 awards, including three Cannes Lions and the Grand Prix at the Clios, ADC*E, and Eurobest. The duo spent the past three years at VML, contributing to agency pitch wins and developing campaigns for Batiste, Beko, and Duracell. They also helped launch the award-winning mentoring app Magpie and led the cervical cancer awareness campaign Check Me Out.
Boreham and Dyson join as a senior creative team, having previously worked together at isobel. Their campaigns for Reed, Travelodge, and Thortful have earned industry recognition for creativity and effectiveness. The duo first met on the Watford ad course in 2014 and reunited professionally to craft engaging, standout work.
Snell and Lovett also join as a senior creative team, returning to VCCP where they began their careers. Their previous work at the agency includes major campaigns for Domino’s The Official Food of Everything and Virgin Media O2 Supercharge Your World, as well as award-winning projects for Cadbury. At BMB, they led campaigns such as FreeNow’s launch ad, Breast Cancer Now’s Gallery of Hope at the Saatchi Gallery, and Samsung’s Micro-Miracles, the smallest film ever made, which received recognition at D&AD, One Show, and Clios.
“One of the best things about this job is bringing in brilliant creative minds to make work that not only we love, but the world does too,” say VCCP chief creative officers Jonny Parker and Chris Birch. “Charli and Laura have been sweeping up awards. Jack and Joe are VCCP heroes, responsible for some of our greatest hits. Lance and Tom, well, everybody told us to hire them, and we’re glad we did. They’re all fearless thinkers who push boundaries, and we’re excited to have them here helping us make work that truly populates culture.”
The new hires will begin immediately, working across key VCCP clients, including recent wins Direct Line Group, Hovis, and Co-op, as the agency continues to develop work that resonates culturally and delivers long-term value.
