The new campaign, created by FRED & FARID Paris and directed by the French filmmaker Arnaud Desplechin through Phantasm, is a poignant, cinematic short that reveals how easily homelessness can come about.
Titled Little Sister, it follows the progress of a man who leaves home, and his loving sibling, after a fall-out with his family. Ultimately, a volunteer from the foundation helps him gradually get back on his feet, find a job and a place to live.
With nearly 300 000 people homeless in France, the Foundation's new tagline - 'Leave the streets, rebuild your life' - is a vital reminder that housing is the first step towards someone re-establishing their life.
