Halan’s rapid response

Cairo agency Impact BBDO was approached by its client Halan with a problem. Nobody knew what the application was for. 

Wishing to communicate that “Halan is an application and a card where you can purchase anything in installments, save and earn money”, the agency came up with a series of TVCs in which characters repeat that exact rather verbose sentence in a various comic scenarios. 

With Halan also meaning 'hurry up', the spots, directed by Amr Hadad, through Prodigy Films, see such scenarios as a Wild West hold-up and a hospital labour ward, where every time the cowboy/doctor (both played by Egyptian comic actor Chico) calls for an immediate response he’s met with a vexing deadpan recitation of the application's benefits.
