After serving four years as Head of Production at 750mph, Olivia Ray, has assumed the role of Executive Producer where she will shift focus towards business development and client relations.

Joining 750mph in 2021, Ray honed her craft producing projects for major brands like Nike, Playstation, Burberry, and Body Form. Prior to 750, Olivia studied jazz and contemporary music in Nashville, TN before moving to Australia, where she began her audio post career at Song Zu (now Massive Music).

"I'm incredibly excited to be stepping into this new role at 750,” says Ray. “I’m honoured that the team has trusted me as a leader and has allowed me to help shape the ethos of this company over the last five years, and I can’t wait to continue to develop it further. I’m so passionate about the work we do and the people we have here and I can’t wait to continue sharing our craft with the world.

With the hiring of fellow American, Rachel Saxon, 750 gains a valuable asset to the production team. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Saxon began her career in Account Management before relocating to San Francisco, where she worked at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners. It was there that she discovered her passion for making things, prompting a move into Production, eventually becoming Executive Producer at Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

Throughout her career, Saxon has produced campaigns for brands like Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Co, and MINI. Having worked across multiple disciplines over 18 years of agency-side experience, Saxon brings a uniquely informed perspective of the production process to 750mph.

“750mph has always had a stellar creative reputation, and I’m thrilled to be a part of such a talented team” says Saxon. “I’m excited to continue working closely with Sam, whose talent and passion for the craft are truly inspiring. I've also really enjoyed partnering with Liv thus far and look forward to helping shape what's next to come.”

Sam Ashwell, creative partner and head sound engineer of 750mph said “Olivia has been an integral part of the company’s success for years. She is an exceptional leader and has an incredible instinct for great work, so promoting her to Executive Producer felt like a very natural step. We’re also really excited about Rachel coming on board as Head of Production. She has such a breadth of experience already, we know that she’ll be an amazing addition to the team.”
