Cardi B busy with Yahoo Mail
Yahoo launches new feature with a campaign starring Cardi B, who uses Planner to tackle FOMSI (Fear of Missing Something Important).
We all know that feeling, inbox overflowing, reminders piling up, and the nagging sense that something important is slipping through the cracks.
Now Yahoo Mail is putting a name to it: FOMSI, aka the Fear of Missing Something Important. In a new campaign called Cardi B Busy, Cardi B turns to the new Planner feature, available in Yahoo Mail, to stay on top of what matters and make time for what's important, like laughing at all her haters.
The spot opens in Cardi's green room, where she's mid-crash out trying to remember something important. Between unhelpful memories of eating spaghettis in Milan, an avalanche of notifications across multiple apps, and a mirror covered in post-it notes that all say "Don't forget about that thing," Cardi spirals into full FOMSI mode.

Enter Cardi's longtime manager and creative director Patientce Foster, who reminds her to check the new Planner feature from Yahoo Mail. With one look at the app, Cardi finally remembers: "Ah! I almost forgot. I was planning to laugh at all of my haters. Heheheh."
The spot marks the launch of Planner, a new AI-powered feature in Yahoo Mail that transforms the inbox into a personal productivity hub, unifying email, calendar, and task management to automatically surface the life admin buried in your inbox. Whether it's a school event, a bill payment deadline, or a reminder to bring cupcakes to a birthday party, Planner turns it all into an actionable plan without ever having to leave the app.
The 45-second spot, created in partnership with Conscious Minds and directed by Maya Table, is live across Yahoo brand social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
