Doma has appointed Cree Brown and Tomas Ossipoff as Post Producers, continuing the studio’s expansion and reinforcing its commitment to building depth across the entire post-production team.
While Doma is known for its editorial and colour talent, the studio’s approach to craft extends well beyond individual disciplines. Investment in experienced production and technical leadership plays a central role in supporting projects from early development through to final delivery.
Brown joins Doma from sister company Pavilion Works, where she spent five years working as a producer. Having collaborated closely with Doma since its early days, her appointment formalises a long-standing working relationship.
“I’m really excited to be joining Doma full time. It’s been great to be part of the inner workings and development of the studio, and to work closely with such a strong and collaborative team of people,” says Brown.
“Having previously spent five years producing at Pavilion Works, this has given me a strong understanding of projects from briefing through to delivery, as well as the ability to connect with clients and help problem-solve the specific needs of each project.”
Ossipoff joins Doma following running his own Creative VFX studio, Behind Studios. With experience spanning editing, VFX and studio leadership, Ossipoff adds further technical depth and supports Doma's ambitions to continue evolving its VFX offering as part of an integrated post-production service.
“I’m really excited to be joining Doma as a Post Producer at such fast evolving moment for our industry. On a time where everything is shifting, how we create, collaborate and tell stories, makes me proud to be able to add my slice, specially at Doma where it stands out as a place that truly embraces that balance.
Coming from a VFX background, stepping into this role represents a new and very welcome challenge. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience into this next phase and contributing to expanding new ways of working, and creative collaboration”.
Jake Evans, Managing Director at Doma, comments: “When we’re choosing post-production talent, it’s essential that we work with people who have a genuine understanding of the process end to end. That depth across the wider team is what allows us to collaborate more effectively with clients and creative partners, and it’s a key part of what makes Doma different.
Brown and Ossipoff both bring varied backgrounds but share the same attention to detail, adaptability and team-first mindset. Their appointments strengthen our ability to deliver post-production seamlessly from offline through to online, including grade, VFX and sound.”
With these hires, Doma continues to build a well-rounded post-production team, reinforcing its position as a contemporary studio focused on long-term talent development across edit, colour, production and the wider post pipeline.
