Psyop has announced Dotti Sinnott as EVP of Studio, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it deepens its commitment to innovative and future-facing creative models.

“Dotti is a star in our industry with a dynamic approach to the business.” says Matt Hunnicutt, the longtime Wieden+Kennedy, Portland exec and new Psyop Media Group CEO. “The passion we share for building high-performing, creative cultures brings a strong synergy and exciting future to our studio collective.”

A highly respected studio leader and producer with more than a decade of experience across commercial, film, and television animation, Sinnott brings a rare combination of operational expertise, tech fluency and talent management to Psyop. Sinnott’s leadership centres on the people behind the work, building environments where artists feel inspired and empowered to take bold risks to push the industry forward.

Sinnott’s relationship with the studio spans years, having served as Managing Director of Golden Wolf, previously one of Psyop’s longtime partner studios. At Golden Wolf, she led the studio through a period of significant international growth, expanding its presence from London to New York and producing acclaimed work for clients including Netflix, Disney, and Adult Swim. She later launched and led the in-house creative department at Web3 brand Doodles, helping pioneer new approaches and a future-facing mindset to storytelling in emerging technology spaces.

“Dotti’s leadership and depth of experience across emerging media, entertainment and love of craft will help us accomplish the very big, transformative goals we have on the horizon to build the creative ecosystem of the future,” added Sandra Nam, Psyop Media Group’s new Chief Strategy Officer and former Tribeca Studios VP.

In her new role as EVP of Studio, Sinnott will oversee Psyop’s operations, production, and creative development, while guiding the company’s representation of artists and its global network of partner studios across animation, gaming, design and emerging platforms. With her firsthand experience as one of Psyop’s global studio partners, she brings a rare, full-circle perspective to the role.

“Innovation and experimentation are deeply embedded in Psyop’s DNA,” says Sinnott. “In today’s market, this spirit is more vital than ever. I’m incredibly excited to work alongside the studio’s pioneering leadership team to cultivate, champion and inspire creative talent everywhere.”

Alongside this appointment, longtime studio leader Jen Cadic will be taking on the new leadership role of Global Director where she will transform Psyop’s approach to the gaming sector and character-driven work while continuing to grow key client relationships. These strategic moves mark a new era for the acclaimed, multi-faceted studio ecosystem, combining a strong vision for the future with Psyop’s lasting legacy of craft. With more changes on the horizon, Psyop is one to watch in 2026 and beyond.
