Toronto based editorial company Nimiopere welcomes editor Christopher Chang for global representation.

With a portfolio of global brands including Hyundai, RBC, EA Sports, and Molson, Chang brings 10 years of commercial editing expertise. His work on ROM’s Dawn of Life and Penguin Random House’s The Unburnable Book has earned him recognition from prestigious award shows such as the Clio Awards, ADCC Awards, Strategy Awards, and Cannes Lions.

For Chang, the heart of editing lies in the collaborative process. “Editing is about discovery, working with others to uncover the most powerful version of a story. That's where the real magic happens,” he says. “The opportunity to join such a talented and driven roster was impossible to ignore. I’m incredibly excited to collaborate with uniquely creative minds who bring fresh perspectives.”

Spencer Ryan, Executive Creative Director at 123w speaks to Chang’s versatility as an editor, “Christopher is one of those rare editors who can do just about anything. I’ve worked with him on surreal comedy, drama, horror, mystery, you name it. His instincts are razor-sharp, and his taste is impeccable, which is hands down the most important quality of a great editor.”

“Our company was built on a commitment to bold, unexpected storytelling, and Christopher shares that same vision,” says Julie Axell, Partner and Executive Producer at Nimiopere. “We’re excited to see the impact he’ll make.”
