Revolver Films adds Radical Friend to director roster

The filmmaker, known for visually bold and genre-pushing work, joins Revolver for Canadian representation.
Revolver Films announce the signing of Radical Friend (aka Kirby McClure) to its roster for Canadian commercial representation.
Known for kinetic, character-driven filmmaking, Radical Friend brings a wealth of creative vision and boundary-pushing projects that have captivated global audiences.
Radical Friend has built an acclaimed portfolio spanning advertising, music videos, experimental film, and longform storytelling. His work has screened at institutions including the Hammer Museum, Lincoln Center, Saatchi Gallery, and the Toronto International Film Festival. Rolling Stone named him among their 50 People Who Will Change Music, in recognition of his genre-defining visual work for artists like H09909, Skrillex, and Yeasayer.
Among his standout commercial projects is the much-talked-about Comeback campaign for KFC, which boldly reimagined Colonel Sanders as a swaggering UK icon. His Lexus project Design Disrupted, created in collaboration with choreographer Ryan Heffington (Euphoria, The OA), fused cinema, holographic technology, and fashion into a jaw-dropping performance starring Coco Rocha.
McClure also directed the four-minute cinematic trailer for Netflix’s hit series Elite, set to a soundtrack by Charli XCX. His debut feature film Spaghetti Junction is currently available on Amazon.
