tenthree announce that editor Stephen Dunne is returning to the company, marking a homecoming for an editor known for precision, instinct and a strong visual sensibility.

Dunne previously spent several years at tenthree before joining Work Editorial, where he continued to build a distinctive body of work across high-end commercial campaigns. His return brings him back to a company whose creative ambition and momentum align closely with his own.

“Stephen has always had something special in the room,” said managing director Ed Hoadley. “He has a brilliant instinct for rhythm and emotion and a collaborative way of working that directors love. Having him back genuinely feels like the right place for him and for us, it’s great to welcome him home.”

Recent work includes collaborations with Mischa Rozema on campaigns for Fanta and Clash Royale, as well as A Corner of Arsenal with Marc Sidelsky. His commercial work is defined by a refined visual style, performance-led storytelling and a clear, confident sense of pacing.

Alongside his commercial output, Dunne is an Academy Award and BAFTA-winning editor, recognised for his work on An Irish Goodbye.

“tenthree has always felt like home to me. It’s a company with real drive and a genuine care for the work, and that creates the kind of environment where you want to push things further. I’ve built some incredibly important relationships here over the years, so coming back felt like a very natural step. I’m excited for what’s ahead.”

Dunne rejoins tenthree at a time of continued growth, further strengthening the company’s commitment to craft and editorial talent.
