The veteran production executive brings more than two decades of experience spanning commercials, branded content, original programming, emerging technologies, and business growth.
The Cre8tors announce that Robert Mulligan has joined the company as Executive Producer and Head of East Coast Sales, strengthening the company's leadership team and expanding its capabilities as brands increasingly look for agile, creator-driven production partners.
Mulligan comes to The Cre8tors with more than 20 years of experience leading productions, developing original content, driving new business, and building creative organisations across the advertising, entertainment, and production industries. His career spans executive leadership roles at Momentum Worldwide, Company 3/Method Studios, The Garage, and Partizan's F.A.Q. Productions, where he has overseen award-winning commercials, branded content, experiential, digital, and original programming initiatives for some of the world's most recognised brands.
"Robert brings an extraordinary combination of creative instinct, production expertise, and business leadership," Jenny Lumpkin, Co-Founder of The Cre8tors, says. "He's built a career connecting great ideas with exceptional execution, while helping agencies, brands, and production companies evolve alongside the industry. As The Cre8tors continues to grow, his experience and relationships will be instrumental in expanding our presence across the East Coast by doing production differently and helping more brands unlock the power of creator-led storytelling."
Throughout his career, Mulligan has collaborated with leading filmmakers, agencies, and brands, including American Express, Verizon, SAP, Facebook, and Amazon. His work has earned multiple industry honors, including Gold Clio Awards. In addition to commercial and branded content production, he has developed original programming for broadcast and streaming platforms, produced award-winning music videos and documentaries, and helped organizations integrate emerging technologies, including AI and Unreal Engine, into creative and production workflows.
Most recently, as Managing Director at The Garage, Mulligan led large-scale productions while driving business growth and operational innovation. Earlier, as Executive Producer at Company 3/Method Studios, he helped shape innovative campaigns and creative partnerships in a highly competitive marketplace.
"The industry is experiencing a fundamental shift," Mulligan notes. "Brands are looking for partners who can move quickly, think creatively, and deliver work that feels authentic to audiences. The Cre8tors have built a model that reflects where content creation is headed, bringing together artists, filmmakers, strategists, and production experts under one roof. Co-Founders, Jenny Lumpkin and Dani Jackson-Smith are absolute powerhouses and a privilege to work with. I'm excited to help accelerate their company's growth and deepen relationships with brands and agencies looking for a different kind of creative partner."
