Independent creative company Venables Bell + Partners (VB+P) announced a series of leadership promotions across the agency.

Brittni Hutchins has been elevated to Associate Partner, President. In addition, five agency leaders across creative, strategy, brand management, and operations have been appointed Associate Partners.

As President, Hutchins will shape overall business strategy and cross-disciplinary integration, while continuing to lead agency growth, oversee client partnerships, and guide marketing efforts. She will also continue to champion VB+P’s guiding principle of “do right by people” (clients, consumers, and employees) across all facets of the agency’s business and processes. Hutchins originally joined VB+P earlier in her career as a brand team leader, returning in 2021 as Head of Growth and Marketing before being promoted to Associate Partner, Chief Growth Officer, and then in 2024 to Associate Partner, Managing Director.

“Brittni is the exact right leader for us at this time. Everything she touches–from the work to the people to the numbers–is better for it,” said Paul Venables, Founder and Chairman of VB+P. “She not only understands the soul of who we are, she lives it. I think that applies to our new Associate Partners as well. They embody our spirit and push us forward with their crazy talents and big hearts, every day. We’re so grateful for all of them.”

The new Associate Partner appointments include Byron Del Rosario, Associate Partner, Group Creative Director; Matt Keats, Associate Partner, Group Creative Director; Jasmine Clark, Associate Partner, Head of Strategy; Justin Pitcher, Associate Partner, Head of Brand Management; and Raquel Bedard, Associate Partner, Head of Agency Resourcing and Workflow.

The new Associate Partners join existing Associate Partners Mary Johnstone, Associate Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Gary Brown, Associate Partner, Chief Financial Officer. Together, this expanded leadership group reflects the continued evolution of Venables Bell + Partners as an independent creative company. The appointments recognise each individual’s outstanding contributions to client businesses, as well as the impact these leaders have had on VB+P’s people, culture, and work. They also reflect the agency’s commitment to developing leadership from within and representing both visible and invisible diversity across the organisation.
