Versus makes key leadership hires
Executive Creative Director Rosie Garschina and Executive Producer Kevin Anderson join Versus to push strategic design deeper into the creative studios' integrated offering.
Versus has appointed Rosie Garschina as Executive Creative Director and Kevin Anderson as Executive Producer, bringing leaders behind some of the industry’s most influential brand and design work into the studio’s continuing growth.
Joining from Trollbäck+Company, Garschina and Anderson will help expand Versus’ growing brand and design practice as the studio continues to strengthen its position as a next-generation creative studio spanning brands, entertainment, experiential, Originals, and large-scale storytelling.

The hires reinforce the creative studio’s multidisciplinary approach across brand and entertainment, as well as its commitment to shaping some of today’s biggest and most influential campaigns, experiential activations, and brand storytelling. Over the last several years, the company has built a reputation for blending cinematic storytelling, design systems, and entertainment thinking into some of the industry’s largest launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
Prior to joining Versus, Garschina held leadership roles at Trollbäck+Company and Sibling Rivalry. She also served for four years on the executive board of directors of AIGA NY.
Most recently, she has been at the helm of rebrands for Tennis Channel, AMC, BET, History Channel, PBS and oversaw design of Audible’s global 360 campaign of Harry Potter: The Full Cast Audio Edition. Garschina brings a rigorous dedication to craft and more than 15 years of experience in brand building, collaborating with clients such as Amazon, Apple, FOX, Sesame Street, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, NBCUniversal and Paramount CBS.
Anderson brings over 15 years of experience leading large-scale branding and digital productions for some of the industry’s biggest brands, including Apple, Disney+, NBCUniversal, FOX, Amazon, and Verizon. Known for bridging creative ambition with complex execution, he has led projects spanning brand design, live action, visual effects and motion systems across a wide range of platforms.
Garschina and Anderson bring a long-standing creative partnership shaped through years of collaboration on large-scale identity systems and campaigns, adding further momentum to Versus’ growing brand and design practice as the studio continues its next phase of growth.
