Beaumier finds the magic in the mundane

Helmed by NM Talent’s directing duo Venkay, through NM Productions, this hypnotic, sensual film for Beaumier captures the nostalgia of old family holiday footage to create something that feels personal and genuine. 

Following a recce across the brand’s holiday properties in Provence, the Côte d’Azur, the French Alps, Ibiza, and the Jungfrau region in Switzerland, a thread emerged – what united each location was a sense of humanity and homeliness. Venkay capture this by avoiding the slick, idealised presentation of many travel promos. Here, cycling becomes an uphill slog, a snowball interrupts a spa moment, a glass of wine gets knocked over. 

The directors commented: “Shooting this with the people we met along the way was a real joy. It kept everything grounded and honest. We’re grateful for the freedom to make it this way and hopefully it’s something people can see a bit of themselves in.”
