PRETTYBIRD UK welcome Eve Burlton as Head of New Business.

She brings with her a diverse background spanning production, post-production, sales, marketing and director representation.

At PRETTYBIRD, Burlton will focus on developing new opportunities and relationships while connecting the company’s distinctive roster of directors with agencies, brands and clients. In this role, she’ll collaborate closely with PRETTYBIRD UK’s Managing Director Emily Rudge and Director of Production Fiona Bamford-Phillips, as well as the US leadership team, including CEO Kerstin Emhoff and President Ali Brown.

Rudge said: "I’m thrilled to welcome Eve as our Head of New Business. She brings this brilliant blend of quiet sophistication, sharp creative instinct, and an infectious ambition for craft and style. As PRETTYBIRD enters its next chapter, I can’t wait to see the energy and momentum we build together."

Burlton added: "I couldn’t be more excited to have joined the incredible team at PRETTYBIRD. I’ve been a huge fan of their work and ethos for years, and I’m so excited to now have the chance to work alongside their incredibly talented roster of directors. It’s been so great getting to know everyone over the last few weeks, and I can’t wait to help build on everything they're already creating. Buzzing!"

Most recently, Burlton served as Head of New Business at Rattling Stick, where she worked closely with the company’s roster of directors to develop relationships and identify opportunities across the commercial landscape. Prior to Rattling Stick, she held PR and Sales roles at DOGEATDOG and Marshall Street Editors. Her experience across both production and post-production has given her a broad understanding of the creative and commercial ecosystem, as well as how talent and ideas are brought together.
