Fraser Berlin taps Pedro Americo and Paul Fleig
Fraser is upping its creative game, bringing onboard top creatives Pedro Americo and Paul Fleig as ECDs for its Berlin headquarters.
Agency Fraser has announced the appointment of creatives Pedro Americo and Paul Fleig as ECDs for its Berlin headquarters.
Reporting directly to Fernando Barbella, Managing Director of Creation and Partner, the duo will help shape Fraser’s creative output across its four locations in Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East.
Pedro Americo: Hailing from Brazil, Americo launched his career in his home country before working in the UK and Romania. In Germany, he served as ECD at McCann Germany, Creative Lead at R/GA Berlin, and held key creative roles at BBDO Berlin and antoni. His portfolio boasts work for global giants like Mercedes-Benz, Ikea, and Coca-Cola, L’Oréal. With over 200 international awards to his name—including Cannes Lions Gold, Effies Gold, and Grand Prix wins at the ADC and New York Festivals—Americo is a heavyweight in the global creative scene.
Paul Fleig: Joining forces with Americo, Fleig brings 15+ years of experience as a Creative Director and Managing Director at acclaimed agencies including Jung von Matt, Scholz & Friends, and BBDO. Fleig has led major integrated teams for clients like Mercedes-Benz, and Vodafone, earning a string of international creative awards along the way. Recently, he has operated as a Creative Consultant, honing his expertise in digital communications and creative strategy.
