A creative collaboration between skateboard brand Rassvet and sportswear brand Nike, this captivating campaign, titled Every Dawn Counts explores creativity, rhythm and self-expression through three different mediums.
Directed by Marius Gonzalez and produced by DIVISION, the film blends raw, cinematic footage in both monochrome and tinted colour, capturing the movement, frustrations and perseverance of a drummer, a skateboarder and a ballet dancer.
Although seemingly very different disciplines, the film draws on the similarities in passion and resilience between them through artful vignettes depicting broken drumsticks, shoes and skateboards, all driven by the pounding pulse of live drumming and a rhythmically crafted edit.
