radioaktive.film unifies global structure

radioaktive.film is entering a new phase of its development, unifying management and operations under one global structure and one brand across Poland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Croatia, Canada, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.
In recent years, the company has operated under different naming structures depending on territory, including 247xRadioaktive in Poland and Lithuania, and radioaktive x shelter across Georgia, Slovenia, and Croatia. While these collaborations remain in place, the company is now moving forward under a single, unified identity: radioaktive.film.
This is not simply a name change, but a structural and positioning evolution designed to present a clearer, stronger offer to the international market and clients.
“Radioaktive has a strong brand identity, and combining multiple identities became increasingly complex” says Darko Skulsky. “This move is about clarity, focus, and building one shared culture across all our territories.”
The transition to a unified structure is a mutual decision made in close alignment with long-standing partners, including Twentyfour Seven and Shelter.film, who have played an important role in the company’s growth. These personal relationships remain unchanged.
Moving forward, radioaktive.film operates as one company with unified leadership across its markets.
Kate Galytska continues as Managing Partner in Poland and Lithuania. Sasha Bevka remains Managing Partner for North America and Canada.
Albert Zurashvili, founder of Shelter.film, joins radioaktive.film as a partner. Leading sales across Europe, oversee marketing, and continue closely managing the Georgia, Slovenia, and Croatia offices.
“We’ve clearly seen over years of working together that we share the same vision,” says Zurashvili. “Bringing this under one structure just makes us stronger and sharper in how we work and develops.
The new structure brings greater clarity and simplicity: one brand, one management structure, and one point of contact, with seamless access to multiple territories. Teams collaborate more fluidly across offices, combining the best resources for each and offering a more integrated production experience across markets.
Operationally, nothing changes in terms of quality, teams, or processes. What does change is how the company works together: fully unified under one brand, with greater flexibility to collaborate across territories depending on project needs.
“This isn’t a reset,” Skulsky adds. “It’s about speaking with one voice and making collaboration and communication clearer for our partners and clients.”
One brand. One management. One point of contact.
