Skipton Building Society has launched the next iteration of its brand re-positioning campaign, Founded on Fairness.

Featuring writer and actor Simon Farnaby, best known for his performances in Ghosts, The Detectorists and the Paddington films, here he plays a disinterested coffee shop worker dealing with a customer there to claim his loyalty reward, unfurling a comically large rewards card that's full of stamps. Farnaby's unimpressed but very funny response stands in stark opposition to Skipton and the benefits it's happy to offer its members.

Created by Red Brick Road and directed by Ric Cantor through Knucklehead x Epoch Films, the spot is the third execution in the campaign since the agency won the business in 2024.

“It’s a known truth that customer loyalty often feels taken for granted, especially in financial services," said Matt Davis, Owner and ECD of Red Brick Road. "So, we’re proud to help Skipton reset the balance with this new execution. Skipton really do believe in rewarding their members and this next instalment of the Founded on Fairness campaign brings this to life in our funniest execution yet.”
