British cider brand Thatchers launches this delightful festive campaign, created by agency Bray Leino and directed by Will Studd through Aardman.
Seamlessly blending intricate stop motion, puppetry and CGI with a playful, rhyming voiceover, the brand’s first ever TV advert takes us to its home, Myrtle Farm, where a heavy snow puts the all-important tasting time on thin ice.
Martin Thatcher rises to the occasion, picking up his fellow tasters in the farm’s very own hot-air balloon. The team gives the cider its seal of approval, and the batch is ready to spread Christmas cheer.
