Anton Du Preez joins the Riff Raff US Director Roster and features on their UK Nursery of Evil, marking a bold new addition to the line up.
South African born and now based in Los Angeles, Du Preez is a director with a docu-style approach to filmmaking, defined by a graphic, stylized visual language and an original, personal sense of humour.
Du Preez is known for visually striking, story-driven campaigns for global brands including Nike ACG, Mercedes-Benz, Amazon, and Fjällräven. His work blends cinematic outdoor imagery with playful, human-centred storytelling.
Du Preez said: "In high school, I remember walking into a house party with friends, and the host's mother at the door said under her breath, 'I see the Riff Raff have arrived.' I feel honoured to be joining such a prestigious roster of directors. After speaking with Matthew and Jane, it felt like I had found my home, with the rest of the troublemakers."
Du Preez's most recent work, the Nike ACG Field Reports: Dolomites series, aired during the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy and earned him a Silver Cube at the ADC Awards. He has also earned recognition from CICLOPE, The One Show, and Cannes Lions, while his Nike collaboration with NIGO and Levi's is on show at the Design Museum London's NIGO: From Japan with Love exhibition.
