American music artist Eartheater unveils this mythological promo for her track, Wasp in the Fig, directed by Andrew Thomas Huang and produced by Premier Cri, in association with Object & Animal.

Opening above the dark forests of Pennsylvania where she grew up, Eartheater soars through a foggy landscape on horseback beneath the atmospheric night sky, before the two gradually merge into a sci-fi centauress racing toward a distant red star. The sequence was partially filmed flying over Drewchin's childhood home, now her family home, grounding the mythology in something personal.

"When I first heard Wasp in the Fig I was so moved by the urgency of the song," said Huang. "I envisioned Eartheater as a centauress galloping toward a distant star beckoning her home - a mythical scifi centaur mother goddess galloping across the sky above her home landscape of Pennsylvania like a comet beaming down to earth to unite with her beautiful baby."
