Lewis Hamilton’s dream team

Developed by AMV BBDO, this heartfelt campaign pays tribute to the shared legacy of racing driver Lewis Hamilton and his team, The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1, which stands as the longest and most successful partnership in Formula One history.  

Directed by Melina Matsoukas through PRETTYBIRD, the creative blends archival footage of the seven-time world champion provided by F1, interwoven with scenes of aspiring racers — children of diverse ages and backgrounds — reflecting on the profound impact of his journey on their own aspirations.  

The film, titled Every Dream Needs a Team, is underscored by Stormzy’s Blinded by Your Grace, Pt. 2 and includes original commentary from some of the team’s most memorable moments.
