Docu-style films for sportswear brands are all well and good, but, after seeing this little number for Nike, we can't help but feel they'd all be improved with a little man in a box.
Directed by Walid Labri through DIVISION, Street Vision sees a group of young people on the streets of Tokyo putting the brand's Tech SF3 range through its paces in a series of increasingly absurd challenges, from flying snowballs to powerful winds and sudden downpours.
With a gamified approach and some wonderfully playful design and VFX from The Mayda Creative Co., the film turns what could have been a straightforward demonstration of technical clothing into a gleefully bonkers spectacle.
Jolity aside, it all comes back to our little mate in his cardboard housing, gorgeously animated by Victor Haegelin and stealing every moment he appears in.
