The cracking campaign was created for Nike by Wieden + Kennedy/Amsterdam and reframes an encounter with the unstoppable Norwegian footballer through the goalkeeper’s perspective, as he journeys uncomfortably through the five stages of grief.
Titled The Five Stages of Haarland, it was produced by Riff Raff, and blends a cinematic intensity with director Rich Hall’s signature wit, which is enhanced by some nifty editing from Stitch.
