Riff Raff welcome Sarah O’Kane as Head of Development & Special Projects.
Working closely with the company’s directors, O’Kane will play a key role in shaping ideas from their earliest stages. Known for her sharp editorial eye and thoughtful, director-focused approach to development, O’Kane brings a clear vision on backing the right ideas and helping them reach their full potential.
On joining Riff Raff, O’Kane said: “I have been such a huge fan of Riff Raff over the years, so to now get to be part of their next chapter is hugely exciting for me. I can’t wait to work with our amazing directors to create even more industry-defining, brilliantly bonkers and ‘this is too fun to be called work’ kind of work."

Using her vast experience working with agencies, broadcasters and winning business, Sarah will focus on developing creative opportunities for Riff Raff’s Nursery of Evil Roster - Riff Raff’s young and emerging director incubator, which includes promising new signings Leve Kühl and Holly Hunter. Previous to Riff Raff O’Kane worked as a Creative Director and EP at companies such as Channel 4, TCO London and Wavelength.
At Riff Raff, O’Kane will help nurture the company’s exceptional talent while exploring projects across the intersection of music, fashion, advertising and entertainment.
