Bottled water brand Buxton has unveiled this reflective and thoughtfully shot film featuring Olympic athlete Sir Mo Farah as part of its year-long mission in collaboration with Mind to support the UK's physical and mental resilience.
Created by Publicis London and directed by Peter Franklyn Banks through Publicis Production, the spot splices creative vignettes in full colour and monochrome to illustrate the daily Twists and Turns of life, and the critical role hydration plays in emotional wellbeing.
The initiative launches as new research indicates that this winter may be the most challenging yet for the nation’s mental health, with more than a third of adults admitting they feel worse compared to previous years.
