electriclime° appoints Jason Heller and expands into Thailand
electriclime° hires EP Jason Heller to lead projects across Asia and establishes a presence in Bangkok to strengthen its regional production capabilities.
electriclime° has appointed Jason Heller as executive producer Asia, overseeing projects across the region as the company continues its expansion into Thailand.
Heller joins the team in Singapore, bringing extensive experience from both agency and production roles in Los Angeles and New York. Previously, he led Society, a boutique production house, managing a roster of more than 12 directors and overseeing high-level production and business development. Prior to that, he held roles at 72andSunny, Droga5, Grey, and Johannes Leonardo, producing projects for brands including Google, Amazon, and Uber.
Building on its foundations in Singapore, Dubai, and Australia, electriclime° expanded into Korea last year, further strengthening its global reach. Recognising Thailand’s emergence as a premier production hub in Asia, the company is now establishing a presence in Bangkok to offer high-value production solutions. This move reinforces its commitment to creative excellence, delivering world-class filmmaking with efficiency, innovation, and cost-effectiveness.
Working with brands such as Kia, Sony, Marriott, and Hyundai, electriclime° continues to bring an ‘expression of art to commercial films’ while expanding its roster of international and local directors.
“I am thrilled to be joining electriclime°,” says Heller. “It's an honour to work alongside such an incredible team of filmmakers, artists, and talented individuals who consistently strive for excellence and push creative boundaries.”
Michael Ahmadzadeh, co-founder at electriclime°, adds: “We’re excited to have Jason join the team as we continue to expand and solidify our presence in the Asian market. His expertise will be invaluable in driving our vision forward.
“The opening of a Bangkok office complements our global presence, strengthening our network and allowing us to better serve international brands and creative agencies. Having shot several high-profile projects in Thailand, establishing a base in Bangkok gives us the opportunity to provide even greater production services to global markets while continuing to bring artistic expression and commercial storytelling to a broader audience.”
With this latest expansion, electriclime° reinforces its position as a leader in innovative commercial filmmaking across Asia and beyond.
