Until today, Richard Ayoade would have been firmly on that list, but, thankfully, Argos and agency T&P have jumped in the festive DeLorean to give us a mini version of the formal funnyman in Tales of Argos Past.
Presenting brand mascots Connie and Trevor as A Christmas Carol-esque ghouls, the spot whisks Ayoade back to his youth to revisit his childhood devotion to the legendary catalogue, before showing him that Argos isn't just about toys.
With some genuinely adorable mini-me casting and a delightfully deadpan turn from the star, this cheery film from Merman's Declan Lowney is full of Christmas spirit(s).
